Panic! At the Disco followed up the lush '60s pop nods of 2008's Pretty. Odd. with Vices & Virtues, a contemporary whirl through theatrical emo and playful synth-rock. "Ready to Go (Get Me Out of My Mind)" is a glittery tornado of dance-friendly beats and string-spun exuberance, while the glammy tango of “Nearly Witches (Ever Since We Met…)” finds vocalist Brendon Urie resembling a commanding circus ringmaster.
