About Bunny - EP

People I’ve Met started as three high-school friends (vocalist/guitarist Moses Martin, bassist Andrew Suster, and drummer Orlando Wiltshire) making music together in Wiltshire’s garage in Los Angeles. Committed to the project early on, they all moved to the East Coast for college in fall of 2024, splitting their time between Providence and New York City. “It feels beautifully unstable and really wild and incredibly exciting,” Martin told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe of the group’s outlook in January 2026. Three months later, Bunny arrives as its first collection of songs, and a first glimpse into its introspective, moody world. Produced alongside Noah Conrad (Chappell Roan, ROLE MODEL), the EP wades through the grief and confusion of heartbreak, swinging between shimmering fragility and full-body catharsis. Songs “Promise” and “Loving One,” in contrast to Martin’s gossamer vocals, weigh heavy with post-breakup regret and the all-consuming realization that some love just isn’t meant to be, steeped in spacious drums and rippling guitar riffs. But a different mood pops out on the heftier “For Hire,” one that scoffs at the idea of being someone’s on-demand option. “A lot of the time, lyrically, I can lean towards, ‘Oh, I miss you, I’m sorry, I love you, and whatever,’” Martin tells Lowe. “This was self-assertive in a really unique way to us.” Meanwhile, “Bastards” is the trio at its loosest, narrating a night out that’s not going as planned: “Lady in the back with a Rolling Stones pin fast-talking about all her favorite bands/Her boyfriend thinks I’m in love with her/’Cause I probably am.”
