For those of you who attended the Twilight Criterium here in Boise, you might recall Kristin McGrath's name as the winner of the race. Kristin moved to Boise last winter and started training with Olympic gold medalist, Kristin Armstrong. She is valid proof that hard work and dedication can pay off.
