What happened to the NFL Playoffs?! With all the current stories regarding college sports, coaching scenarios and performance enhancing debacles, it seems as though everyone has completely left the Playoffs in the dust. You know, there are two huge games going on this Sunday that will determine who travels to New Orleans for the Super Bowl. That being said, grab some grub, invite some friends over and enjoy some good ol’ football this weekend.

Charlie Sheen was today’s “Bad Impression.” He’s currently in the news because we just found out that will soon be a Grandfather. Sheen’s 28-year-old daughter, Cassandra Estevez, and her husband are expecting a baby. Congratulations to the Sheen-Estevez family!

We played a brand new track from former members of Nirvana with Paul McCartney on Cage Match this morning. To our surprise, it lost to Sevendust by a fairly large margin. Come on people! Are you aware that a majority of the rock music you’re into was most likely somehow influenced by The Beatles and Nirvana.

Big J’s “Life Lesson” today was a simple, yet very important message and that is to drive safely in the current weather conditions. Knock the snow out of your wheel wells, otherwise there’s a chance it freezes up and causes even more issues than you might already face. Get up a little sooner and leave early for work, as that option is better than being late for work or speeding to get there, putting yourself and others in danger. Drive slower and if people want to get mad that you aren’t going fast enough, they can go pound sand. If your truck or SUV says 4X4 on it, you don’t have magical winter weather driving powers. Safety first, friends.

It's Tech Tour time. Big J recently found out about a little app called Snapchat. It allows you to send text messages or photos with a time delay to self destruct in a set amount of minutes after sending. Basically you can snap a shot of your junk, send it off and it will end up deleting after someone sees it. The app is starting to reach the news in an attempt to create awareness for parents due to the rising popularity amongst teens.

This morning, Big J punched a particular mall store right in the face for not having an 18 and over age restriction when venturing into certain parts of the store. A child of any age can just wander towards the back of the store and pick up any adult item of their choice. Big J never had to worry about this scenario during his younger years of browsing the store, but now that he’s a full-fledged father of two daughters, he has a slightly different opinion on the matter.

Your very own city of Boise has made the list of Top 10 Sexiest Cities, ranking in at #5 in the national. We also rank 10th overall in condom sales and 2nd in birth rate. So, what I get from this study is that Boise is buying plenty of condoms, but not properly using them.
