Gambit Approved by Big J, R.I.P Maya Angelou, worst first pitch ever and new

  • Print

DVD Dumbass doesn't always disappoint. Last night the one and only Big J sat down and watched the movie Gambit.  He dug it.  Not only because the director, Michael Hoffman, lives right here in Boise, Idaho but because it was an entertaining movie to watch.  Good cast.  Fun plot.  Big J approved.

Wgth >  Bad carma is something you do not want in your life.  Dumping your 72 year old mother who recently had a hip replacement surgery face first into the middle of the street then beating your sister with a camera for not wishing you a happy birthday will bring some seriously, seriously bad carma.  52 year old Patty in Florida, you have managed to bring the wrath upon yourself. Good. Luck.

  R.I.P Maya angelou.

You brought much greatness to this world and the characteristic constant smile on your face tells us that surely you had a great time doing it.  so, Ms Angelou, we salute you and your amazing life today with a little rock war.

..it went like this:

Big J - Andrew W.K, Party Hard  VS.  Nic - Taproot, Poem

After a surprising tie, the win went to the more appropriate Poem by taproot.

Ah man poor fity cent.  'aint nobody gonna say nufin to him bout it , but this is probably the worst first pitch ever.

Nic - II    Big J - I

Monday - Happy Birthday Peter Loeffler! Hard to pick a favorite Chevelle song which is probably why there was a tie between Anj's choice of The Clincer and Big J's choice of Send the Pain Below. Tie it is.

Tuesday -  Songs that could use subtitles that make sense?  The tie goes to Nic with his choice of Pearl Jam Yellow Leadbetter although Big J's choice of Static X Cannibal was just as inaudiable.

Wednesday -  Happy Birthday Spike Jones!  Thank You for the awesome videos you gave us. Today's rock war ends in yet ANOTHER TIE.  Nic's choice of Tenacious D Wonderboy beats Big J's choice of Beastie Boys Sabotage.  Hard to chose for sure but somebody has to come out victorious.

Thursday -  Reality shows are everywhere!  What band would you tune in to watch week after week?  Big J wins with All that Remains Stand up beating Nic's Puddle of Mudd Give me Shelter choice.

Friday -Rock War your ass into the weekend..!@
