Happy Birthday Slash, Doris Morgado of 2 Guns and McDonald's Melee

  • Print

During today’s “Bad Impression,” we singled out the one and only Slash. The axe legend turned 48-years-old today, but that’s not stopping him from staying busy. Not only is he currently working on a solo project, jumping on tour with Myles Kennedy and appearing on all sorts of albums and shows, but he even runs his own production company. Look for more tunes, tours and films from Slash as things progress.

The beautiful Doris Morgado has appeared in recent films like Snitch, Hall Pass and The Internship. Her latest project is a major motion picture known as 2 Guns, featuring Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington. Ms. Morgado called into The Morning After early this morning to chat about the making of 2 Guns and more. Check out xrock.com for the full podcast.

Headlines: a woman in Manchester, England was arrested for riding her horse into a McDonald's where the animal then crapped all over the floor. There's nothing more sexy than taking a bite into your delicious Big Mac as horse dung splatters all over the ground next to you. In other news, an Indonesian business owner is under scrutiny for opening a Nazi themed restaurant. The building boasts red walls, swastikas and a Nazi themed wait staff. The owner of the café says his objective was not to portray hate, but to have unique memorable that would attract customers. Nice business model there guy. I wouldn't mind riding that English woman's horse right into his racist establishment and then take my own s@#$ all over the place.
