As another week comes to a close, we all get to endure a “Life Lesson” from radio’s Big J. The weather is getting warmer, which means it’s time to break out those motorcycles. Click here for a little slice of Big J’s Motorcycle Safety School.
Former Boise State great and current Cincinnati Bengal, George Iloka, stopped by the studio today. He was kind enough to wake up early this morning and cover a myriad of topics with us, including the exchange of trash talk with Andy Dalton, giving back to the Boise community, what NFL life is like and where you can meet up with him this weekend. Find all that right here in our interview podcast.
According to the New York Times, Big J is a Hipster. Apparently the game of Bingo (along with knitting and bowling) has been added to the list of favorite old school past time activities in the world of Hipsters. In sports, your Idaho Steelheads face the Colorado Eagles tonight at CenturyLink Arena. Tune into the station to win tickets. Also, the annual Blue & Orange Spring Game takes place on The Blue tomorrow, so cruise down if you want to get a sneak peak of your Boise State Broncos. Halestorm, Bullet For My Valentine, Young Guns and Stars In Stereo will be in town this Sunday. Keep 100.3 on your dials, because at 2PM on Sunday, we will be airing a live acoustic X Session with the great folks of Halestorm. Lastly, Scary Movie 5 hits theaters today, so on Monday we will be chatting with the Writer and Producer himself, David Zucker. Yes, the same David Zucker who brought us Airplane and Naked Gun.
Enjoy your weekends!
